Channeling transformation on the Nile: This hand-strung necklace is made of multi-hued blues and green apatite, accentuated with faceted deep-blue apatite beads and delicate 14K vermeil daisies and spacers. The warm golden vermeil bumble-bee is embossed with delicate floral and "eye" patterns that suggest the protective Eye of Horus, the ancient Egyptian sky god; one of his eyes was the sun, the other the moon. An ornate 24K gold-plated clasp finishes this 16" necklace elegantly.
The earrings (on left) feature faceted apatite teardrops dangling off faceted pale green chalcedony center beads, accentuated with 14K vermeil daisies and apatite -on a decorative 24K gold-plated filigree sun post.
